Web fortunes, a phenomenon for real; is here to stay- permanently. In other words, you can make fortunes on the web; one way or the other- if you so desire and are ready to devote your time and energy to achieving your goal. This assertion was made by an Internet Marketing expert while answering questions from attendees in a seminar where several online business skills were taught to a sizable and enthusiastic audience.

       A man had said earlier, “What can we do to convince people that online businesses are mostly genuine; but there are only few miscreants who are out to swindle unsuspecting business seekers or new comers like many of us here?” The Speaker replied by declaring that online businesses like Website Design, Internet Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Forex Trading, Email marketing, Online Importation, Blogging, Online Stores, Online Library, Online Paid Surveys, etc are for real and are here to stay permanently. He advised all participants to ‘play clean games’ online so that others will learn from their successes online and change their negative thoughts as regards online business activities.

       A glaring example of such people with negative thoughts concerning online businesses is Madam Felicitas Koziro, who had vowed never to have anything to do with a ‘yahoo-yahoo’ man (It is the term used to describe online fraudsters). She hated to hear anything relating online business to the guts. All she had ever had were stories of people who had been swindled and ruined economically at one time or the other on the web and so she had developed strong apathy, and whenever she heard anyone speaking on the subject matter, she warned people to ‘stay away’ from such an individual.

      Her husband worked for a local manufacturing company with a salary that could barely sustain them comfortably half way to the following month. She was also working for a government establishment as a clerical assistant with her intermediate level of education.      Talking of web fortunes, you really need to take your time to find out exactly where and how you are going to start off the ground. When your eyes are opened to the vast resources available on the web, the first major problem many people usually face is the difficulty in making the right choice of business model one could or should embark upon.

   However, I have heard experts talk on many occasions about ‘passion’. It is always great to be alive to witness a new era; indeed, a new era is the projection of the old dispensation.      A very close friend of mine, John Ridik was thought to be a failure right from his secondary school days being unable to cope with his studies at such low level of education. He managed to reach the final year but didn’t do well in his final examinations. Every (normal) living soul on the face of the earth intends to make fortunes one way or the other; and it is no secret that everyone keeps on pursuing it day- in day- out through various means at their disposal.

      In the present age, the internet provides a wide range; in fact limitless opportunities for those who care to make something tangible for themselves in order to improve their living situations. The bedrock of, or the foundation for making fortunes on the web is based on the phenomenon called ‘INFORMATION’. Now let’s consider a farmer who is able to access information on how he could double the yield on his farm land by applying a certain modern method and equipment. If he eventually applies the method and makes use of the prescribed tools which also leads to the doubling of his farm yield in that particular year; he may be described as having made a fortune out of his hitherto unproductive farm.

    Similarly, a student who is able to lay his hand on a book that helped to solve a long standing academic problem which also led to his success in his final exams by making good grades could also be regarded as having made a fortune out the said book. The same thing applies to all other life situations imaginable- whatever makes one’s life better amounts to (somehow or anyhow) having made a fortune.
